- Recording & maintaining the consumption of materials and variations / extra items
- Fore casting the Monthly requirement of construction Materials such as Cement, Steel, Bitumen, Sand and aggregates etc. for the next month based on the stock levels, Look – ahead schedules & accumulated schedule slippages.
- Timely preparation & submission of IPC monthly statements.
- Capable of calculating Price Escalation
- Processing sub-contractors bills for payment by cross checking against bill of quantities, progress achieved at site.
- Identify the areas where variation items can be claimed in IPC’s.
