Job Description :
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
** Responsible for coaching, teaching, and effective supervision of assigned piping design personnel.
** Responsible for developing piping design estimates, schedules and staffing requirements.
** Responsible for developing piping design administrative and technical practices, specifications, and procedures.
** Responsible for Plot Plan development and maintenance.
** Assures that design continuity is maintained throughout the entire project.
** Reports to the H.O.D the status of piping design activities.
** Ensures communication flow, both verbal and written, is maintained within piping engineering and with other design and engineering disciplines.
** Executes quality control procedures.
** Assists in the development of the piping engineering project completion report
Skill Sets Required :
** Having experience preferably in engineering /consulting companies.
** Having experience in executing Indian & international projects
** Mechanical Engineer with excellent communication & managerial skill
** The candidates should be familiar with the industry norms, Indian and International Codes and Standards specific to the field of working.
** Experience in using CAESAR II software.
** Thorough knowledge of piping codes & standards.

Job Description :
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Assignment types would be:
** Perform Piping Design calculations.
** Prepare input list in the prescribed format.
** Review of Input information and provide comments.
** Delegate assignments to draftsmen.
** Check Drawings prepared by draftsmen.
** Train other engineers and draftsmen.
Skill Sets Required :
** Piping Design & Drawing checking knowledge & Experience.
** Thorough knowledge of piping codes & standards.
** Theoretical knowledge of Pipe Stress Analysis.
** Experience in using CAESAR II software.

Job Description :
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Assignment types would be:
Above/ below ground, jacketed, all fluid services, Metallic/ Non-metallic piping material, Cross country Pipeline, safety Relief valve Reaction Forces, Wind and Seismic loads, etc.
** Errors free Modelling in CAESAR II software.
** Stress Analysis.
** Interpretation of results.
** Conclude the analysis with respect to the Piping Design code (ASME B31.1, 31.3, Etc.) in purview.
** Prepare necessary Stress Analysis Report.
Skill Sets Required :
** Piping Design & Drawing checking knowledge & Experience.
** Thorough knowledge of piping codes & standards.
** Theoretical knowledge of Pipe Stress Analysis.

Job Description :

** Prepare drawing issue Schedule
Prepare:
** Plot Plan
** Equipment Layout
** Piping Layout
** Bill of Materials, Etc.
Check:
** Isometric drawings.
** Pipe Support Layouts.
** Pipe Support Detail Drawings.
** P & IDs, etc.
** Coordinate with Draftsmen and get the output and issue it to the project Engineer/ Manager.
Skill Sets Required :
** Knowledge and experience in preparing all types of Piping related drawings.
