Sri Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education will be conducting All India Under Graduate Entrance Test (SSAHE-AIUGET-2013) for Medical, Dental and Engineering Courses on Sunday, 02/06/2013 at the under mentioned Test Centres for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and BE in the constituent colleges, namely Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Sri Siddhartha Dental College and Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology for the academic year 2013-14

Test Centres: (1) Tumkur (2) Bangalore (3) Kolkata

Fee : Demand Draft for Rs. 2000/- for three subjects OR Rs. 2500/- for four subjects, payable at Tumkur drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of ‘Registrar, SSU, Tumkur’.

Eligibility :
i) Candidate who has passed the second year Pre-University or 12th standard or Equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology in respect of Engineering courses and Physics, Chemistry & Biology in respect of Medical and Dental courses as optional subjects and English as one of the language. It is mandatory, that the candidate has obtained not less then 50% of the aggregate marks or equivalent grade in the optional subjects is eligible for admission. 40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category for Medical, Dental and Engineering courses. (As declared by the Government of Karnataka from time to time)
ii) Not only candidates who have passed the above qualifying examination, but also those who have appeared for the qualifying examination and expecting results are also eligible to apply.

Age : The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31/12/2013

Application Form :
1) Online Application Form : It is available on the University website which can be filled and submitted.
2) Offline Application Form : It is available from the university website in the PDF format which can be download OR the candidate can directly get the application form the University office.

How to Apply :
i) Eligible candidates desiring to appear for the Entrance Test may apply by On-line or downloading (Offline) the application form from our University website

ii) The last date of receipt of application for SSAHE-AIUGET-2013 by the

2. Hosting the Online application form & Issue of Offline application (Printed) forms : 22/04/2013

4. Last date for receiving hand filled application forms (On-Line and Offline) by post / in person with all necessary documents : 14/05/2013
5. Dispatch of Test Admission Tickets to provisionally eligible candidates : 15/05/2013

Test Timings:
Physics & Chemistry : 10.00 AM to 12.00 Noon
Mathematics : 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM
Biology : 3.15 PM to 4.15 PM

Enclosures:
Following documents have to be enclosed along with the application form (do not enclose original of any document);
(i) Attested copies for SSLC / X Std. marks cards.
(ii) Attested copies for PUC / HSC / XII Std., marks cards or certified copy of marks by the Principal.
(iii) Photocopy of Proof of Date of Birth. If it is not mentioned in the above marks cards.
(iv) In case of SC/ST/OBC category certificate in the prescribed form by the concerned Authority.
(v) Demand Draft in favour of “Registrar, SSU, Payable at Tumkur. (Rs.2000/- for three subjects & Rs.2500/- for four subjects as non refundable processing fee).
(vi) Four (04) recent passport size Photograph. Photograph must be take with name of the candidate ( as in application) and date of taking photograph as shown below, other wise application of the candidate will be rejected.
