ADMISSION NOTIFICATION
(Entrance Test for Admission into M.Ed.,B.Ed., B.Ed.(SE) Programmes-2013)

The University invites applications for Admission into M.Ed., B.Ed., B.Ed. (Special Education) Programmes through Entrance Test

PROGRAMME : M.Ed. (Recognised by NCTE)
ELIGIBILITY :
** The candidate should be an Indian citizen. The candidates who have obtained minimum 55 % marks in aggregate in B.Ed./Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) are eligible for admission. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/BC/PH candidates as per the rules of the State Government and BRAOU in force. The candidate must also fulfill the following conditions along with the above:
** Teachers presently working (In-service) and have completed at least two years of experience as on 01-07-2013 as SGT/ School Assistant /PRT/ TGT/ PGT/ Lecturers working in Schools / Colleges /academic positions in DIET’s/ SCERT’s.
** In-service Principal/ Education Administrators/ Head Master others in educational system having an experience of at least 2 years as on 01-07-2013 also eligible.
** Candidate should have completed 23 years as on 01-07-2013. No upper age limit.

PROGRAMME : B.Ed. (Recognised by NCTE)
ELIGIBILITY :
** The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
** Candidates should have passed a Bachelor Degree B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc.(Home Science)/B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.M. or should have appeared for the final year examination in any of these courses at the time of applying for the B.Ed. Entrance Test.
** Those appearing in qualifying examination (Bachelor or a higher degree) can also apply. But they will be required to submit the proof of having passed the qualifying examination at the time of admission. Otherwise they are not allowed for admission. The candidate must also fulfill the following conditions along with the above:
** Teachers presently working (In-service) and have completed at least two years of experience as on 01-07-2013 on temporary/ permanent basis in a primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school recognized by the central or a state government or a union territory.
** Candidate should have completed 21 years as on 01-07-2013. No upper age limit

PROGRAMME : B.Ed. (SE) (Recognised by RCI)
ELIGIBILITY :
** The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
** The candidate who has obtained minimum 45 % marks in aggregate in a Bachelor’s Degree i.e., B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.Com./B.C.A./B.B.M/5 year B.L. are eligible for admission. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST/BC/PH candidates as per the rules of the State Government and BRAOU in force.
** Those appearing in qualifying examination (Bachelor or a higher degree) can also apply. But they will be required to submit the proof of having passed the qualifying examination at the time of admission. Otherwise they are not allowed for admission.
** Candidate should have completed 21 years as on 01-07-2013. No upper age limit.
Chose the area of specialization in your B.Ed. (SE) Programme, while submitting the Registration form:
** Visual Impairment (VI)
** Mental Retardation (MR)
** Hearing Impairment (HI)
Note: The change of area of specialization cannot be considered at any stage.

HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE:
Candidates have to register at AP ONLINE FRANCHISE CENTRES only. While approach the Franchise centre , carry copy of documents i.e .SSC/Graduation Certificate/B Ed certificate/Community certificate/PH certificate, If any, to fill the Registration form ONLINE. Fill up all the columns carefully, pay the registration fee and obtain receipt, for the same. Take a print out of your Registration form and keep it for future reference. Candidate has to choose the examination centre [i.e, any one of the Regional Co-ordination Centre (RCC) of the University] as per their choice to appear for the Entrance test. Collect hall ticket one day before the date of examination from the respective examination centre (RCC) also download from the University website.
