Related to Health issues; wild life; media networking; assisting People for their rights, growth and helping them to response or raise their voice by themselves using various I.E.C or B.C.C tools.

ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
a. General Administration
- Working in close consultation with the Deputy Commissioner, Joint Director of Health Services, Addl. CM&HO(FW), DIPRO and other functionaries for ensuring smooth and effective implementation of NRHM.
- Facilitate and publicise (success storys) the working of the District Health Society as per the bye-laws of the society/District.
- Publicity of govt. schemes, Maintaining records, Documentation of day to day for the District.
- Creating and maintaing district resource for the media activitys in health sector including manpower (DCM,BPM,BEE,HE,ASHA Fecilatator,ASHA, NGO Representative etc ), tranning, Capacity building, equipments and other support infrastructure.
b. Media management, Knowledge Management & support.
- Developing District level plans for optimal allocation of resources at each Village Health Senitation Committee and each department of every Health Institution.
- Ensuring timely information, implimentation, collection, and completion of demands and timely utilization.
a. Planning:
- Assisting the Joint Director of Health Services and Addl. CM&HO(FW), in developing the district work plan based on the national & state goals.
- Ensuring compilation, analysis & presentation of relevant information in prescribed formats and assist the Joint Director of Health Services, Addl. CM&HO (FW) and Programme manager so that timely submission of reports in possible and relevant action can be taken.
- Developing strategies/plan to improve the quality of services and present to the District Society for approval.
b. Media Specialities:
- Behavioral Change Communication through Inter personal communication, Community Dialogue, Social mobilisation, Mass Media, Traditional Media at various level like Individuals, Family/household, Community, Institutional systems, Policy makers/Health planners.
- Drafting Several Versions of the Messages considering Psycho Social Factors in a Programme of Social Communication Music, Language, Symbols, Colours Tone of Message or of the Medium , Provide Creative Brief to Designer, Pre-test design and messages for the Qualities of an Effective Communication: i.e. UNDERSTANDABLE (Comprehension), ATTRACTIVENESS, ACCEPTABLE. BELIEVABLE, PERSONALLY, RELEVANT, (Personal Involvement), CONVINCING (Inducement to Action), Revise based on pretest results, Produce final version for production, Implement Communication Inputs – Make the implementation schedule , Monitor Inputs – Decide what is going to be monitored and the monitoring methods, Evaluating Inputs – Decide what is going to be evaluated and the methods to be used.
c. Monitoring & evaluation
- Undertake regular monitoring of initiatives being implemented in the district and provide regular report & feedback to the District Health Society and State Health society, Assam.
- Documenting the process, approach and outcomes of the programmes on regular basis.
- Undertaking any such assignment, which may be given form time to time.

SOCIAL WORK FIELD EXPERIENCE
- Organising Health mela, Road Shows, School Programmes, Conferences, Exibitions etc.
- Documentation of various issues and making the entire issues into national as well as International isssues.
- Formation of self Help Group, NGO, Art/ Dramatic/Media Groups.
- Liasioned and established rapport with Press/ Media Houses, other Department (Intersectoral conversance), other NGOs/CBOs in the rural community.
- Regular visits to the villages, staying with the community and understanding there needs and problems.
