Job Description
To strengthen work related to financial risk management, AccountAid is now looking for a person who may anchor the financial analysis and risk assessment process. The ‘Anchor - Financial Analysis’ would be responsible for :
- Coordinating with clients and asking for the documents
- Negotiating and allocating staff from other units to analysis work
- Supervising the team of analysts
- Reviewing the legal documents of the NGO Organization
- Validating the work done by the Financial Analysts
- Preparing and finalizing Financial Analysis Reports
- Ensuring that client commitments are met in time
- Review and monitor the entire process
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills with good command over written and spoken English
- Should be able to shoulder the responsibilities of being the team leader/ anchor
- Should be able to assign task to the team members and ensure that the task is being completed on time
- Keeping a track of all the pending work and organizing it
- Knowledge of computer applications, including MS-Word, MS Excel, MS Access and Adobe Acrobat, internet
- Excellent organizational, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
