Applications are invited through on-line mode in the proforma available on the WEBSITE from the eligible candidates from 22.04.2013 to 14.05.2013 for recruitment to the posts of Junior Assistants in various units of Telugu Akademi in the State of Andhra Pradesh

Scale of Pay : Rs.8440-24940.
Age : The applicant should have completed 18 years of the age as on 01-07-2013 and should not have completed 34 years of age as on 01-07-2013.

Qualifications :
i) Must have passed any Degree examination or its equivalent examination with Telugu as second language
ii) Knowledge in Telugu D.T.P
iii) Preference will be given to the Post Graduates

Method of Selection:
Written Test + Practical Test on Telugu DTP work + Interview

The preliminary Selection of candidates is based on a objective type Written Test for 150 Marks at Degree Level in the subjects of General Knowledge, Accountancy and Knowledge in Telugu Language.

The short listed candidates shall be examined for a practical test for 30 marks on Telugu DTP work at Hyderabad for which the date will be intimated later. Based on the performance of the above two tests, the candidates shall be called for interview which will be evaluated for 20 marks. The final merit list will be prepared by considering the total marks secured in all the three tests.

1.Marks weightage :
General Knowledge : 60 Marks
Arithmetic Skills : 30 Marks
Logical Skills : 30 Marks
Knowledge in Telugu Language : 30 Marks

2. Practical test on Telugu DTP work

for shortlisted candidates only 30 Marks

3. Interview

for shortlisted candidates only 20 Marks
