JOB Description :
Job Purpose : (Essential intent of the Job)
Responsible for overall HR Function covering Recruitment, Payroll processing, Performance Management System, Training, Employee engagement, Administration and Statutory compliances
Critical Responsibilities :
** Consolidate approved manpower requirements and flag off deviations from manpower budget.
** Coordinate entire recruitment cycle – Sourcing to hiring
** Coordinate with sourcing agencies
** Source the profiles and schedule interview in consultation with HODs and Head HR.
** Coordinate & conduct interviews
** Prepare salary comparison statement and issue offer letter.
** Maintain/ update recruitment database
** Coordinate probation assessment process and issue confirmation letters.
** Conduct induction process.
** Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
** Help in conducting training need analysis, Coordinate training activities and ensure they are conducted as per the training schedule.
** Responsible for all Performance Management activities
** Coordinate with Reporting Managers/ HODs and ensure timely completion of performance appraisal.
** Consolidate performance appraisal data for finalizing increments.

JOB Description :
Job Purpose :
To successfully manage the team, motivate, coach, inspire and handle the escalated calls.Overall responsibility for Team success by agreeing, implementing and monitoring individual and Team objectives and targets ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Critical Responsibilities :
** To analyse the total calls received with that of the abandoned calls and share the feedback with the agents.
** To maintain the quality of calls thorugh audit and give the appropriate feedback to the agents to improvize the same.
** To guide the Agents in reducing the Average Talk Time and increase the number of First Time Resolution.
KPI’s –Deliverables of this role :
** Hold weekly meetings discuss task delegation and review issues
** In conjunction with your Manager set quarterly targets and objectives
** Encourage respect and open communication
** Assist in the interview and recruitment/retention of team members
** Perform auditing and quality checking
