ADMIT CARD INSTRUCTIONS :
1. All candidates are directed to strictly follow the instructions given below as well as those in the Question Booklets and the OMR Answer sheets supplied to them at the time of the test.
2. Candidates must carry the downloaded e-Admit Card along with a valid Identity proof (Voter's ID card / Driving License / School or College Identity Card / Passport / Aadhar Card) failing which the candidate will not be permitted to attend the test.
3. A Candidate whose photo and/or signature is not printed on this admit card should paste a clear passport size photo on the space provided and should sign in the box provided. Photo and signature must be attested by a Gazetted Officer of State/Central Government. Such candidates should also bring a photocopy of the duly attested admit card along with the original.
4. Candidates should bring a ball pen (blue or black) with them to the examination hall
5. Candidates are advised to be present in the examination hall 20 minutes prior to the commencement of the test. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before the expiry of 60 minutes from the commencement of the test.
6. The OMR Answer Sheets will be supplied to candidates 5 minutes before the commencement of the test for enabling them to fill in the Roll Number and other details.
7. You should make the required entries in the top boxes as instructed and also darken the appropriate bubbles below with ball point pen. Please note that the computer reads the roll number etc. through the darkened bubbles only and any mistake in darkening would be detrimental to the candidate. The University will not be responsible for any wrong entry made by the candidate on the Answer Sheet.
8. Candidates will not be permitted to bring Logarithmic tables / Scientific Data Book /Calculator/Pager/ Mobile Phone/ Watch with Calculator / Pen Scanner / reprographic devices / data recording devices, etc. to the examination hall.
9. Refreshments/smoking is not permitted inside the examination hall.
10. Candidates found copying or resorting to any unfair means or violating any conditions of test will be summarily disqualified. Such candidates will forfeit all claims for admission in the University in future.
11. The Answer sheets should be returned to the Invigilator before leaving the examination hall. The candidate can retain the Question Booklet.
12. If a candidate has any complaint /suggestion regarding the question paper or arrangements, he/she may give it in writing to the Chief Superintendent of the centre.
13. Candidates may approach the Chief superintendent in case of any difficulty and should abide by their instructions and decisions.
14. FOR B TECH TEST ONLY : The candidates taking test for B Tech (Test Code 101) should clearly mark the question booklet series (A, B, C, or D) in the OMR answer sheet as well as in the attendance sheet. The OMR sheets are provided with carbonless copy, which can be retained by the candidate.
