Dear Sir / Mam,
If you are signing up for the first time, please spare a few minutes and consider the following:

Minimum Requirements:

First time Error:
On the first time, if you get an error like “Certificate Authority or Connection is Untrusted” and “It is not recommended to go into site”, “Get me out of here”, you need to download and install one time “Trusted Root Certificate” Issued by Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Government of India website cca.gov.in

Step-1 :
Download certificate from right middle side of cca.gov.in website by clicking on link “Root Certificate 2011” shown as under: Save on your desktop.

Setp-2:
Right Click on downloaded file “cca india 2011.cer” and select “Install Certificate”

Then press two times “Next” button and “Finish”.

Note:
It is very important to complete this procedure so that a secured environment is created from your client browser to the server for any exchange of Information.
