I am a Central Govt. employee. In 2011 I was transfered to Hyderabad and my ward got admission in local CBSE school. After clearing 10th class from the CBSE in 2013, he got admitted in the state board affiliated school in Sri Chaitanya. Now my ward intended to appear in EMSET /Medicine in 2015. So, Sir my ward could be considered as local or not. What is the criteria of local ? If not local then whether he could appear in the EMSET as an outsider or not?
