PG / M.Phil / Certificate Courses ADMISSION NOTIFICATION 2013-2014

Applications are invited for admission to the following programmes under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) during 2013 – 2014 in the University Departments.

Applications and prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Registrar from 12.04.2013 onwards.

HOW TO APPLY:
Application form and prospectus for the above courses can be obtained from The Registrar, Periyar University, Periyar Palkalai Nagar, Salem – 636 011.

APPLICATION COST:
1.Rs.300/-( Free cost for SC/ST/DA*)for all PG Courses.
2.Rs.300/-(Free cost for SC/ST/DA*)for all M.Phil Courses.
3.Rs.500/-( Free cost for SC/ST/DA*) for M.B.A / M.C.A.
4.Rs.500/-( Free cost for SC/ST/DA*) for M.Ed. Course.
5.Rs.100/-( Free cost for SC/ST/DA*) for Certificate Courses

Application can be obtained by submitting Demand Draft drawn in any Nationalised Bank in favour of The Registrar, Periyar University Payable at Salem. Other modes of payment are strictly not allowed. A self addressed stamped envelope for Rs.10/- of size 28cmx13 cm has to be enclosed to get the application by post. Separate request has to be made for each programme. The envelope requesting application form may be super scribed “Request for Application Form for Admission to ___________”

Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the website: periyaruniversity.ac.in Send filled in application form (A4 size sheet) along with D.D. for prescribed fee and attested copies of necessary certificates. The University will not be responsible for any postal delay.

LAST DATE for Submission of filled in application forms:
For all PG courses : 15 days from the publication of Periyar University UG results
For M.Phil. courses : 15 days from the publication of Periyar University PG results
For M.B.A. and M.C.A. : 10 days from the publication of TANCET results
