SEO Analyst :
Job Description:
** Develop a strong understanding of the client’s products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives
** In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page optimization techniques
** Provides guidance through strategic and tactical input to team members for successful execution SEO campaigns
** Research performance and analytics data, developing key insights for quarterly and annual business reviews
** Provide analysis, QA and insights for monthly reports
** Manage team in achieving all performance KPIs, including optimization and troubleshooting recommendations
** Coordinate strategies with internal teams across multiple brands and business lines
** Provide support and recognition for the team and effectively foster teamwork that drives motivation and retention
** Participate in the training, individual development, on-boarding and mentoring of each staff member

Desired Skills:
** 4-8 years of hands on managerial experience in organic strategies, processes, analytics and in meeting/exceeding client goals and campaign KPIs.
** Proven team leadership and experience in handling a team of 7-10 members.
** Responsible for recruitment and on-going training of team members.
