All India DM/MCh Entrance Examination (AIDMMChEE) - 2013
For admission to DM/MCh courses in K.G. Medical University UP, Lucknow, G.S.V.M. Medical College, Kanpur, L.L.R.M. Medical College, Meerut and M.L.N. Medical College, Allahabad.

Eligibility:
1. The candidate must be an Indian national.
2. The candidate must have passed MBBS and MD/MS/DNB in the relevant subject
3. Those candidates who have passed MD/MS/DNB in 2013 shall be eligible only if they produce a passing out certificate at the time of counseling.
4. Candidates can apply for a maximum of 2 courses at a time and give their choice for the Institution.
5. The candidate should satisfy himself/herself of their eligibility before applying.

Last date for application 07.06.2013.
Admit card available online From 15.06.2013 onwards
Admit card can also be obtained in person (in case of inability to download) on 26.06.2013 between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Office of Chief Coordinator, All India DM/MCh Entrance Examination 2013, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pariksha (PHI) Building, King George Medical University UP, Lucknow.
Written Examination – Day, Date and Reporting time 27.06.2013 (Thursday) 10:00 am.
Center for examination To be displayed on admit card Result can be seen on Website 06.07.2013 onwards
Date of 1st Counseling 23.07.2013 (Tuesday)
Date of 2nd Counseling 20.09.2013 (Friday)

Application and Examination Fee :
For one subject Rs. 2250/-
For two subjects Rs.2750/-
Application Form and Examination Fee shall only be submitted online. No application form shall be received by post.
Official Bank for submission of Fee is Allahabad Bank & Axis Bank (any CBS branch in the country or by Master / Visa Card)

Online Application procedure :
** Application shall be submitted online only using Internet, this would also allow you to get a admit card online itself.

** Online application can be submitted on website www.kgmcindia.edu / www.kgmu.org

** First register and create your login ID and PASSWORD on the website link as directed and note it down for further use.

** Payment for examination fee can be done by Master/Visa credit card online or you will first need to deposit the examination fee in any of the Allahabad Bank or Axis bank branch in India. You will be provided a receipt with Transaction ID number on its deposition. Please get scan of bank receipt for filling the application form.

** In case payment is to be done by credit card you can proceed for filling of application form after login and payment

** In case of payment by bank challan you need to relogin with Login ID and Password after two working days after making payment at bank and then you will be able to fill application form. Please have a scanned copy of bank receipt ready for filling the application form at this stage (Payment for the application through bank challan can only be made till : Wednesday, June 05th, 2013).

** Please upload your passport size color photograph and scanned signatures on white background in the application form. The photograph should be full face, from front, with light background and without spectacles. The format (jpeg, jpg) size should between 100-200 KB, for each)

** Fill all the entries in the application form carefully and check them before final submission as wrongly filled, incomplete application form will be rejected and no enquiry will be entertained regarding same.

** Only for your personal reference please take a print out of the completed application form.
** There is no need to send the printed application to the Chief Coordinator, AIDMMCHEE2013.
** Same Login ID and Password will be required for downloading the Admit Card.
