Duties and Responsibility :
Senior Customer Care Executive/Coordinator MClub Holiday’s PvtLtd July 03rd 2013 to 30th Oct 2013
** Handling Member queries related to Reservations/Membership /Payments and Services.
** Providing the Members accurate information related to their reservations and bookings.
** Monitoring the Executives to make sure all the day to day activities related to Members are met as per the company norms and standards. Which include daily EMI Collection, Reservations, Welcome Letters, and Cards & Certificates.
** Preparing Individual files of Members with all important documents which include Members Application form, Payments receipt, letters, Copy of the Cards and Certificate and bounced cheque if any. Acknowledgement of vouchers and Membership termination letters, Copy of Welcome Letters.
** Responding to emails
** Issuing Cards & Certificate and Receipts of Payment s for the Members.
** Coordinating with Hotel tie up /Resorts for bookings.
** Preparing Welcome Letters of Members once the payment is received and making sure it has been delivered on the relevant address provided by Members.
** Meeting with Members whenever they visit the office. Handling their queries related to bookings, Payments, resort tie-up, Membership cancellation etc. Making sure all their queries are solved and if needed fixing up Appointments with our branch manager.
Duties and Responsibility Club Coordinator/ Membership coordinator :
** Attending the guest, solving their queries related to room reservations and table reservations.
** Giving them accurate information about hotel membership.
** Showing guest the Hotel, includes the rooms, restaurants, lounge ,spa etc
** Explaining them in detail about different restaurants, rooms and what all it consists and what are all the benefits
** Taking Reservation over calls, solving guest queries.
** Responding to emails.
Duties and Responsibility Airhostess (Cabin Crew) :
** Attending a pre-flight briefing, during which cabin crew are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight (crew are also informed of flight details, the schedule and if there are passengers with any special requirements, such as diabetic passengers, passengers in wheelchairs or the number of infants on board);
** Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and making sure it is in good condition, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, ensuring that information in the seat pockets is up to date and all meals are in stock on board the aircraft.
** Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats;
** Informing passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away;
** Checking all passenger seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off;
** Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering passenger questions during the flight;
** Serving meals and refreshments to passengers;
** Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations;
** Giving first aid to passengers whenever needed.
** Ensuring passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers;
** Completing paperwork, including writing a flight report
EDUCATION/ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Pursuing BA in sociology from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth.
Completed 1Year Diploma In Aviation, Hospitality and Travel Management.
