Responsibilities :
- Responsible for effective, efficient and on-time completion of CNC, HMC, VMC, SPM projects, pertaining of Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation areas.
- Document preparation, including drawings, Bill of Materials, Cable / Core Schedule, PLC IO list.
- Selection, Commissioning and troubleshooting of VF Drives (Rexroth, ABB, Toshiba, SSD)
- Selection, Commissioning and troubleshooting of CNC Machines (Siemens, Fanuc)
- Design, development of System Configuration and detailed Engineering for CNC machines, retro fitting machines, etc.
- Preparation of Application Software’s like Development of Drive Logic Programs, Ladder Logic for PLC’s etc. for assembling CNC systems.
- Testing & Tuning the Drives and motors for variable speed and variable loads.
- Supervision of Erection & Commissioning activities of CNC Machines at Client’s work site.
