QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

1)Professors/Assoc. Professors/Asstt. Professors: As per latest AICTE Norms
Important Note : Teachers in the rank of Lecturers have been redesignated as Asstt. Professors and teachers who were previously known as Asstt. Professors have now been redesignated as Assoc. Professors in the revised AICTE Rules and Regulations.

Professor:
** Qualification - BE/B.Tech. and ME/M.Tech. in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B.Tech. or ME/M.Tech. He/she should be PhD or equivalent, in the appropriate discipline.
** Post PhD publications guiding PhD student is highly desirable.
** For Candidates appearing for Professor in Sciences (Phy, Chem, Maths and English/Communication Skills), he/she should be at least M.A. /M.Sc. First class in the appropriate subject OR M.A. /M.Sc. with at least 55% marks and have passed UGC test or its equivalent.
** In addition he should be Ph.D. or its equivalent in appropriate subject.
Experience:
** Minimum of 10 years teaching / research / industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.
** Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/ or Research and/or Industry.
** In case of research experience, good academic record and books / research paper publications / IPR / patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection committee.
** If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising / designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books / research paper publications / IPR / patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection committee.

Lab Assistants :
** (Basic Sciences e.g. Chem., Phy.,etc.)
** 10+2 pass with sciences and at least 03 years of experience in the relevant laboratory, preferably in the Engg. College.

Clerk-cum-Data Entry Operators:
** B.A./M.A. with PGDCA having knowledge of dealing with Engg. Students’ Records and correspondence with University.
** Must possess hands-on experience in the use of Personal Computers in Office Applications.
