Job Description
- Training Expat students/Foreigners who are new to a Language in grammatical and phonetic accuracy for communication purposes.
Languages: English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Wanted Home-Visit Tutors to visit the clients place for a Freelance assignment for training in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Create a pre course assessment according to the training needs of the trainees
- Continuous Skill Assessment of the students in the area of communication.
- Customize feedback patterns on the basis of training needs
- Monitor and map the trainee’s learning curve during the progress of the course
- Give inputs for designing and developing content
- Recognize training needs and deliver content accordingly
- Innovate and recreate the content without losing its essential features
- Create remedial modules for the trainees to ensure efficiency
- Responsibilities will include editing of question banks, self learning material and other related material.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Males/Females who are between 25 – 45 years of age may only apply
- Proven track record in training.
- Should be able to train Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
- Graduate or Master in English, Hindi or Marathi.
- Experience in Training Expats/Foreigners will be an added advantage
