With the commencement of several new programmes, Kant Classes requires faculties for the subject of Chemistry & Mathematics.

Applications are invited for the post of faculty from individuals with any of the following qualification :
** Post Graduate from Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics, from reputed Institution, & with teaching experience not less than three years in any affiliated CBSE/ICSE Schools in 10+2 level.
** Engineering Graduates of IIT or NIT or any other Recognised Institution, with AIR not more than 6000 in the merit category. The Engineering graduates must have resigned from his job/service atleast one week before filing the application.
** Any interested Graduate with in depth Knowledge & who passes the specially designed Faculty Evaluation Test at Kant Classes.

The Applicant :
** Should be born on and after 31st December 1979.
** Should be resident in Bihar for atleast last 4 years.
** Should have atleast 80% marks in all the academic exams.
** Should have in depth knowledge for the subject he/she proposes for teaching.
** The applicant will be called in person for the document verification process, after which he/she will undergo skill testing procedure (written and verbal).
** If the applicant is found fit with the above procedure, he/she will be selected for detailed training at Kant classes.
** After successful completion of training and depending on the feedback from students the applicant shall be absorbed as Faculty at Kant Classes.
** The term of payment are negotiable and will be performance based.

The terms of performance evaluation will be based on :
** Grasp over subject/topic.
** Number of hours of classes taken.
** Dedication to the Institute Work and team spirit.
** Rating by Students.
