3.$0 Authentication for Online Payment
Description
This project was an Enhancement request (ECR) from customers as Visa has changed its processing. After change implementation BRM will be supporting $0 authentication instead of $1 authentication for all online transaction.

4.Feature Testing of Payment Allocation of Multiple Billinfo
Description
Currently Oracle BRM product does not provide the flexibility for the subscriber to make the payment at account level, which can be distributed to multiple bill infos. In the current BRM system, such account level payments impact the default bill info. This will require the intervention of the CSR/BRM Administrator to allocate to the other bill infos. This feature enhancement addresses the limitation by distributing the account level payment to multiple billinfos.

- Testing of Collaborationsuite Product : Collaborationsuite is a complete business package which is used by Oracle employess and other external customers globally. It consist of different component like Email, Calander, Instant Messanger, Files Online, Shared Workspaces, Web conferencing. Actively involved in Functionality testing of different component like email,web conference,files online and Mobile access.
- Inter Connect Billing : Inter connect billing system is used for generation and reconciliation Of Invoices send to and from the different Mobile service providers across the globe. This system takes Call Detail Records (CDRs) and rates them according to different configurations. After rating the CDRs it keeps the rated cdrs in different tables in database. This data is used by Revenue Assurance dept to generate different analytical reports.
- Synchronizer : Synchronizer is used to add the users from the internal production environment to the external environment on OID(oracle Internet Directory) with selected attributes.External Environment is used by much application for authentication purpose. This scripts uses LDAP commands and pulls out required data from internal OID and prepares an ldif file which is used as an input to an other LDAP script , Which add the required information to external OID.
- SMS on Address Update : This application was developed to intimate the customer that their address has been updated in the service provider's database. This application was developed using shell script. This application picks the mobile no’s from a particular table with a flag status Y and sends the message to the customer a message and updates the sms flag to Y.
- Automation of IUC Loading : This application is used for loading of CDRS from production server to backup server, which is used by Revenue Assurance department for generating different reports. This application use to FTP the files from production server to the backup server and keep in a directory. A shell scripts prepares a touch file for all cdr and touches in the success directory. Then these files are loaded into database.
- Pull Based SMS : The application was developed as a part of automation of Critical Process Alerts. This application is a pull based sms application. User can send a particular Short Code to a particular number as Sms, and he will receive a message of status of different processes depending upon the short code send.
- Space Alert : This application was developed to send alert to the concern people when the spaces on different servers are nearing threshold. This was done basically to minimize the revenue loss of the company. This is a shell script, which runs at particular interval as schedule in cron and checks for the threshold if the space on different partitions is equal to the threshold defined, then it will send the sms to the concerned persons.
