Job Description
This position is exclusively a FREELANCE Opportunity and not a full time employment. Therefore the following criteria is to be strictly understood and adhered:
The Associate operates in the agreed Territory or City and fully responsible for the Client Development & Servicing.
The assignment can be operated from a residence or office of your own as the case may be.
Initially the associate has to possess good communication channnel and should be easily asscessable.
He or She will approach Corporate in their city and initiate New Business Development for assisting them in their Recruitment / Talent Search.
The newly generated enquiries are forwarded to the central office at Chennai for onward processing and submission of suitable CV's.
Later the associate coordinates with the client for shortlist, arranging interview and receive feedback on selection.
The associate should be capable of freeely interacting with the HR Manager of the Clients and receive HR Mandates.
Being a freelance opportunity, the associate should constantly develop new clientelee and regularly followup with the client for excellent Revenue Generation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduates / MBA's Having flair for Public Relation and Corporate Marketing, with desire to be on their OWN for high revenue earning will only suit to this arrgangement.
Those already having freelancing and Liason assignments will fit in to this association.
He or She should posses excellent patience and put in hard work for higher results.
Should have competency to mingle with HR Fratenity and gain confidence with them to regularly receive Mandates.
Corporate Marketing and Direct Sales experience would be added advantage.
