CGL (Tier-I) Examination, 2013 will be held on 14.04.2013 in Eastern Region. No examination in Cuttack Center. Some candidates of Bhubaneswar diverted to other centers.

The COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL (TIER-I) EXAMINATION, 2013 will be held only on 14.04.2013 (Sunday) in Eastern Region. A very large number of candidates have opted for Bhubaneswar Centre for the examination, all of whom cannot be accommodated in the venues of Bhubaneswar centre. Further, it is not possible to hold the examination at Cuttack Centre due to NDA Examination of UPSC being held at that centre on 14.04.2013.

The Commission has, therefore, opened new centres at Rourkela, Balasore, Berhampur (Ganjam) and Koraput in Odisha in addition to the notified centres to accommodate the candidates who have opted for Cuttack centre and the additional candidates of Bhubaneswar centre. Therefore, as per the provision laid down under Note-II of Para 8 in the notice of the examination published by the Commission in Employment News/ Rozgar Samachar dated 19-25 January 2013, several candidates have been diverted to these centres.

Admission certificates have been despatched by post, and facility of downloading admission certificates will also be provided on the website of SSC(ER) one week before the date of examination.
