Eligibility:
i) Post graduation or higher qualification in financial management/ ICWA.
ii) At least 2 years of relevant work experience in any Health Financing/NRHM areas shall be preferable.
iii)Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like Tally, MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
iv) Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
v) Demonstrated experience in operationalizing health programme at field level/working in strengthening regional/district level health systems.

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Managing the accounts of the Society, including grants received from State
2. Society as well as funds mobilized from donors and or user fees/ membership fees etc.
3· Disbursement of funds to the implementing agencies.
4· Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly /annual statement of expenditure (SoE) in prescribed formats.
5· Ensuring adherence to laid down accounting standards as may be adopted by the
6· Governing Body of the District Health Society.
7· Ensuring timely issue and submission of UCs for the utilized funds.
8· Adhering to the system for periodic Internal Audit and established accounting system.
9· Implemented computerized financial MIS system.
10· Ensure timely conduct of external audit.
11· Established and maintain double entry system of accounting.
12· Any of the task given by Civil Surgeon or District Magistrate is time to time.
