Applications on plain paper (A4 Size) with complete bio-data affixed with self-attested photocopies of candidate’s professional certificates are invited from Indian Nationals for one post of Research Assistant to work in the research project entitled “Quantification, Characterisation and Evaluation of Antioxidant Activity of Spray Dried Syzygium cumini (Jamun) Fruit Pulp Powder”

Essential Educational Qualification: A Post Graduate Degree in Food Science and Nutrition/Food Science and Technology.
Age Limit: 40 years.
Fellowship: I & II year @ Rs. 14,000/- p.m and III year @ Rs. 16.000/- p.m consolidated.

Duration of Fellowship: 36 Months from the Date of appointment or the date of termination of the project whichever is earlier.
The post is purely temporary and on contract basis and will be governed by the Administrative rules/service conditions of Pondicherry University.

Mode of Selection: Interview- Only Short listed Candidates will be called for an interview. Interview would be held in Pondicherry University, Puducherry- 605014.
