Job Description:
** Analysis of finished products and in-process products.
** Maintenance of Documentation as per cGMP.
** Well versed with handling software and troubleshooting aspects of all analytical instruments.
** Daily analysis and Data reporting.
** Handling & calibration of following Instruments:
** HPLC- Dionex(Ultimate-3000), Shimadzu(LC Solution)&Agilent 1200series
** UV-VIS spectrophotometer(Shimadzu-2550)
** Dissolution Apparatus (Electro Lab TDT-08L,TDT14L)
** Disintegration Tester-USP.(Electro Lab).

Job Description:
** Implementation of cGMP in production area.
** Planning and execution of production plan to achieve required targets.
** To maintain the production documents as per the written procedures.
** Preparation of SOP's and cleaning procedures related to production.
** Review of BMR and batch packing records.
** Maintenance of Good housekeeping in the production area.
** Allocation of daily work and manpower utilisation and control in production area.
** Identification of training needs of subordinates and arrange for the training.
** Monitoring of performance of machinery and shop floor personnel for productivity and quality.
** To supervise manufacturing processes of eye drops and injectable as per relevant BMR's and SOP's.
** To ensure that all log sheets, BMR's and other documentation are done online.
** To ensure and check for good and working condition of all machineries, weighing scales and inform the Executive production in case of any breakdown.
** To check for area cleanliness including doors, areas conditions and inform the Executive production in case of any breakdown/repair.
** To ensure that the production pharmacists and assistants follow the BMR and SOP's strictly and to closely monitor all manufacturing activities and to document the same.
** To plan and work towards the fulfillment of daily production targets.
