Duties :-
As my duty to follow up from the stores incoming goods with the planning department to coordinate with cutting department until it delivered to lines from the sample approval and by washing to packing update with coordinate executives of quality assurance department hence all type of technical ideas under my supervision until export the garment.
- Store's what ever the imports and local purchase fabric and accessories should under my supervisions.
- Ensure the shade band and shrinkage done by washing laundry department to get approval from the marker dept (sample) to issue for cut.
- Cutting Department should coordinate with me until the cuts delivered to line with the sample confirmation through Quality assurance.

- Ensure that each section has the necessary staff, equipment and supply of work style breakdown and prepared markers under the tight planning schedule to run the production accordingly.
- Organizing the lines coordinating with the planning style wise to achieve the fix target necessity to meet the buyer's requirements.
- Ensure that work study is carried out on new styles and those sections rebalance if necessary.
- Set production Target for each section with the quality controller to meet the agreed standard quality.
- Check the quality of initial production of new style and accept quality standard with the quality controllers.
- Coordinate with washing dept to collect the preference and urgent garment sending to feed the packing avoid delaying the shipment on time.
- Control production progress to meet the dead line delivery dates.
