Staff Nurse OT :
Location: General
Experience: 1-7 years experience in OT
Qualification: GNM/BSC. The candidate should be able to evaluate and assess the need for nursing and/or medical services, perform skilled nursing tasks, anticipate patient's needs, demonstrate tact, diplomacy, patience and compassion. Patient Care Executive :
Location: General
Experience: 1-5yrs
Qualification: AnyGraduate/Diploma/Under Graduate with good communication skills. Prior experience in hospital industry preferred.
Job profile: Appointment , registration,admission and discharge of patient, Billing invoice generation,Maintenance of daily scroll,Cash/Credit/Corporate billing and discount information to customers. Center Manager Qualification: MBBS
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore
Experience: 6 to 12 years
The primary role of the Center Manager will be to direct the business and operations of a multi-specialty surgical center. He will oversee all the functions of the clinic, including operations, marketing, facilities, finance, human resources, and planning and development.
The primary duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
** Developing and implementing clinic-specific customer service, human resource, and financial goals & objectives consistent with strategic plan and goals.
** Achieving the revenue and operating targets of the center.
** Performing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment and retention, analyzing staff mix and deploying staff, ensuring competency of staff through development and regular evaluation, and providing disciplinary counseling (in close co-ordination with Corporate HR).
** Ensuring customer satisfaction by analyzing customer complaints, concerns and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-through.
** Forecasting and monitoring staffing, capital and operating budget needs, evaluating and reporting on the clinic's market position, financial situation, space utilization, etc.
** Planning and organizing staff and facilities to meet customer needs. Ensuring routine maintenance is performed, problems corrected and systems put in place to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for patient care/service delivery.
** Marketing and promoting new and existing programs and services to patients and community.
** Participating in organization-wide committees to establish or improve customer service and administrative plans and policies.
** Representing the clinic to local community and business groups.
** Developing and implementing clinic-specific policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.

Title: VP – M&A
Location: Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore
Reporting: To Director, M&A
Key responsibilities :
** Acquisition of Medical Practices and Facilities consistent with Nova's Business Interests and Model
** Lead Deal Identification, Negotiations, Documentation and Closure
** Post Acquisition, manage Integration with Nova Operations
Requirements of the profile :
** 10-12 years experience in M&A, preferably in Healthcare Industry
** Track record of independently closing transaction
** Good communication skills
** Medical degree is preferred but not mandatory
