Marketing Executive :
Key Skills:
** 1 – 4 yrs of experience

Job Description:
The candidate will work in the marketing team and will have overall revenue targets for marketing of specific product lines through various mediums. The job will involve:
** Market understanding and competitive intelligence for products given
** List research and acquisition through external vendor coordination and internal team management
** Conceptualization of marketing ideas and themes to run campaigns around
** Email marketing to generate direct online revenues and leads for the product lines assigned
** Overall product revenue ownership
Shift Timings: 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Sales Support Manager :
Key Skills:
** 4 to 6 years in Sales related processes
** 1-2 years in Sales administration
** Excellent Organizational skills
** In depth understanding of sales process and sales support functions
** Good Communication Skills
** Strong Process and Project Management skills
** Leadership and people management skills
** Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and initiative
** Good analytical skills and ability to report information effectively to top management
** Proficient in MS Office
Desired Skills:
** Ability to work with a field sales force
** Good understanding of commission structures
** Good grasp of key motivational techniques to boost sales productivity will be helpful
** Experience in development and execution of sales marketing programs
Roles & Responsibility:
** Provide high level of customer satisfaction to Sales team by getting their questions answered in the quickest TAT and troubleshooting their problems effectively. Will be working closely with a lot of the US Sales Force – therefore needs to be a very strong communicator and someone who can say no where needed
** Provide feedback to sales managers about sales reps and initiate process improvements on contracts submissions
** Communicate clearly to the Sales Team to ensure that the commitments that they make to customers are realistic and achievable
** Work with different departments like Production within the organization to ensure that Sales initiatives are supported to the fullest and given the best chance to succeed
** Identify and correct sales policies that negatively impact revenue and profitability
Shift Timings: 6:00 pm – 3:00 am

Sales Support Executive :
Key Skills:
** 1 – 2 yrs experience
** Good data entry and data processing skills
** Ability to handle, interpret and enter data
** Reasonably reading English skills (needed to understand and enter contracts)
** Good Excel skills
** Good typing accuracy and fast typing speed
Desired Skills:
** Analytical ability
** Strong communication skills to answer queries on contracts
Roles & Responsibility:
** Entering contracts into the AS 400 system (Will be trained directly by the US staff)
** Understand contract life cycle and handle basic questions on contracts entered by them
** Responsible for making sure that all contracts are entered accurately and within the given time period (very tight timelines)
Shift Timings:- 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm
