Clinic Manager :
Knowledge and Competencies :
** Knowledge of administrative, billing and clerical procedures, including customer service principles and practices
** Skilled in information management and general organization and planning
** Professional personal presentation and customer service orientation
** Well-versed with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
** Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
** Initiative, team player, discipline, reliability and attention to detail

Qualifications :
** Graduation or Diploma in healthcare and ancillary fields (ANM/ GNM/ BSc Nursing/ D Pharma/ B Pharma/ DMLT/ BSc MLT)
** 1-3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare facility


Family Physician :
Knowledge and Competencies :
** Knowledgeable about the latest updates in medical care, with a commitment to life-long learning
** Strong history-taking, examination, diagnostic and management skills, especially as relevant in outpatient care setting
** Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to empathise and develop therapeutic relationships
** Familiarity with computers
** Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
** Enthusiasm, leadership and a “cool head” in emergency situations

Qualifications :
** MBBS
** 1-3 years of work experience (after internship), preferably including outpatient care
