TL/Sr. Engineer/Engineer-Technical
 Job Location: Gurgaon
Minimum Experience : 5+ years in Machine/ Equipment/Tool design
Education : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
Job Description: -The Responsibilities Include:
1. Must have 5+ years experience in Machine Design/Equipment/Tool Design.
2. Must be open for traveling & deputation at client location anywhere in India.
3. Strong engineering background with knowledge of machine design / equipment design using CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks preferred).
4. Exposure with various design codes, practices and Industrial Machine Design.
5. Strong verbal, written communication, presentation skills as well as excellent customer handling skills.

7. Team Leading Capability.
8. The candidate should have an understanding of CAD / CAE / PDM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
1. Responsible for implementation at the customer end in the customer application.
2. To work with the client design team to understand their design process & output requirements & form an action plan, best practices, do's & don'ts for the customer in consultation with the team lead.
3. Ensure that the action plan, best practices are being adhered at the customer end & the project is completed within the deadlines.
4. Conduct training (if required) on the software for the customer's design team.
5. Liaising with customers to resolve the Software issues.
6. Ensuring the product implementation is complete in terms of addressing all robustness and in-service requirements as well as customer and regulatory authority requirements.

Engineer/ Sr. Engineer (Training) :
Job Location: Gurgaon
Minimum Experience : : 1 - 4 years in Design (Machine/Tool/Equipment)
Education : Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
Job Description: -The Responsibilities Include:
1. Conduct trainings on the software for the customer's design team & for Paid Students.
2. Ensure technical excellence by sharing best practices through presentations and mentoring/training sessions with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. High customer focus: ability to proactively identify and meet customer needs.
4. Build the Procedures for all basic & advance trainings, techniques, Do's and Don'ts, processes, and improved methods and implement the same in Training.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
1. Must have 1-4 years experience in Machine Design / Tool Design / Product Design
2. Strong verbal, written communication, presentation skills as well as excellent customer handling skills.
3. Excellent Command in SolidWorks, should have used for at least 2-3 years.
4. Strong engineering background with knowledge of machine design / equipment design using CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks preferred).
5. Excellent knowledge of welded fabrication, machining and possess machine design skills.
6. Complete understanding of Tool/Die Design concepts building, manufacturing procedures & processes.
7. Complete understanding of machine shop manufacturing procedures & processes.
8. Exposure with various design codes, practices and Tool/Die Design.
9. Complete understanding of machine shop manufacturing procedures & processes.
10. Exposure with various design codes, practices and Industrial Machine Design.
11. CSWP candidates will be preferred.
12. Experience in providing technical on SolidWorks or competitive products are a big plus.
13. The candidate should have an understanding of CAD / CAE / PDM tools.
