Sales Manager :
Job Location: Chandigarh
Minimum Experience : 5-15 years direct Sales experience in any industry (Industrial products/heavy machinery preferred)
Education : UG Degree: B.Tech (Mechanical), PG Degree: MBA(Marketing) preferred
Requirements: Extensive traveling, should have his own vehicle
Responsibilities: The profile is a direct sales position that requires you to sell the products, services and solutions offered by the company to the end user who can range from a small to a large enterprise engaged in mechanical design and development.
Job Description: The Responsibilities Include:
1. He/She is responsible for generating business for all the products(CAD/CAM/CAE/KBE/PDM) IDSPL is carrying.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
1.Handling the entire sales process beginning from prospecting, need identification, qualification, demo, proposals, follow up, closures and payment collection.
2.Providing territory management data including weekly forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to the management.
3.Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account and develop, present and demonstrate the solution offered to the customer.
4.Create & execute sales strategy to ensure maximum coverage & completion of sales targets.
5.Coordinate with the post-sales support team, to provide the training, implementation & support required.
6.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and prospects and ensuring a high satisfaction level with company's support and services.
7.Ensuring in achieving revenue and strategic goals as outlined in the objectives set.
8.Working closely with Marketing to engage in sales lead generation activities.

Business Development Executive (SALES) :
Job Location: Ludhiana/Chandigarh
Minimum Experience : 1-3 Yrs of experience in the same field.(Freshers may also apply)
Education : Graduate with (B Tech mechanical) or M.B.A (sales & marketing).
Reporting to: Sales Manager/Head
Job Description: -
1.To generate quality leads that result in sales.
2.Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals.
3.Make presentations to clients and close sales.
4.Build good relationships with potential and existing clients.
5.Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
6.Oversee projects to completion.
