Responsible for all communication between Impactiva and the tanneries / factories in his/her area.Responsible for establishing a relationship with personnel in the tanneries / factories with the goal of making them aware of the constant value being created by Impactiva.Teach and train Factory personnel on all the details of Impactiva’s Leather Inspection Program .Responsible for solving all customer claims .Support / assist Impactiva personnel who work in a tannery in his/her area .Willingness to travel within Vietnam and internationally
