Job Profile :
** Direct and Indirect Tax and Other statutory Compliances
** Cost Center Analysis
** Preparation & Compilation of Annual Budget and conducting variance analysis
** Providing Inputs on Variance and preparing monthly MIS reports.
** Periodical Reconciliation of stocks and Inventory valuation at the year end.
** Preparation of Tax Audit report, Sales Tax return, Monthly / Annual Expenditure Budgets.
** Compilation of Balance sheet and profit and loss accounts and schedules thereof.
** Review of General Ledgers on monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis and advising corrective action, along with Compliance to Accounting Standards (Indian GAAP).
** Asset Capitalization and preparation of Fixed Assets Register.
** Handling of Accounts Payable & Receivables. AP includes approval of invoice, payments, reconciliation and aging of creditors. AR includes Invoice approval, Reconciliation of customer(s) and Aging of debtors on a regular basis
** Study of the existing Systems and Processes and placing/re-aligning the processes to establish/correct the Control environment.
** Coordinating the Annual Budget Process by interfacing with all functional heads and work out the basis with relevant assumptions.
Job Qualification : Chartered Accountant with ICWA/MBA Finance will get preference
Job Experience : 8-15 Years
Job Skills :
** Must have SAP exposure.
** Fluency in written English and computer working
** Time management and leadership qualities
** Should have team building skills.

Job Profile
** Would act as a client representative in taking care of all the core business and related affairs on behalf of the client and would serve as a single point of contact for the respective clientele for addressal, coordination and resolution of all the technical and non technical issues.
** Would be responsible for the transparent and realistic exchange of information amongst various functions of the Akums and clientele and would be responsible for providing comfort and confidence on all the softer issues like communication, ambiguity, confusion etc.
** Would act as a monitor of desired quality, quantum, timeliness and proactiveness for business deliverables and service to client.
** Would act as internal customer to various departments of Akums to ensure best services with regards to his stay arrangement, transportation, site seeing, food, hoisting in plant, bouquet arrangement etc for respective clientele.
** Would be responsible for establishing Akums as the Manufacturer of Choice in the mind and perception of the respective clients.
** Would be coordinating diligently with various business stakeholders like Business Development, PPIC, and Production etc. without any overlapping or duplicacy of responsibility/communication.
** Would ensure his availability to the clients 24*7 without any hindrance and act as a key contributor (indirectly) in the business development from respective clients.
Job Qualification : MBA Finance/Marketing from reputed Institute
Job Experience : 4-6 years for Manager & 1-2 years for Officer
Job Skills :
Should have 1 to 6 years experience (4-6 years for Manager & 1-2 years for Officer) in Customer Relationship Management function.
Preferably 1-2 years experience in liasioning & co-ordination.
Candidate should be well versed with MS Office Package & exceptionally MS Excel.
MBA Finance/Marketing from reputed Institute
Fluency in written & oral English communication skills.
Must be Computer savvy.
Customer Relationship building.
