Job Profile :
** To handle Pharmacopeia Changes and render statistical analyses of analytical data.
** Maintaining files and documentation related to test data, test equipment and test results of equipment.
** To evaluate continually the safety of laboratory working conditions and arrange for necessary corrections to be made.
** KPIs, safety standards and cost effective measures are to be utilized to meet operational requirements.
** Create and implement SOPs in accordance with safe working practices
** Manage and coordinate the laboratory in accordance with the sites operational needs
** Utilize skills to manage resources to cost effectively and efficiently complete any tasks within the sites operations, whilst establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and management.
** Assist in the development of corrective and preventive action when appropriate and ensure effective reporting mechanisms are developed and followed
** Establish performance criteria, monitor results, coach and develop knowledge and competencies of team members involved in GLP inspections
** Develop, optimize and promote continuous quality improvement activities, policies and SOPs
** Identify training needs of person
Job Qualification : B. Pharma / M.sc (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology) /M. Pharma
Job Experience : 6-7 Years
Job Skills : Must have thorough knowledge about GLP practices under various rules, Proficiency in English communication, both written and oral is a MUST

** Shall be responsible for sampling and analysis of raw materials, In-process and Intermediates, cleaning samples and finished products in shifts.
** Releasing the in process and intermediates for further process in shifts.
** Planning and timely completion of holding time study samples of intermediates.
** Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and reagents.
** Standardization of Karl fisher reagent.
** Daily calibrations of analytical equipments in shifts.
** Investigation in the laboratory as part of OOS investigation.
** Responsible for stability studies.
