Experience : Nurses with 5 Years exp.
** Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit according to established standards and procedures.
** Assists in the administration of nursing programs by providing supervisory skills needed in directing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating nursing care and the delivery of patient care in an assigned unit.
** Schedules nursing personnel to ensure adequate staffing for each shift.
** Collaborates with Chief of Nursing Manager in determining and obtaining equipment and supplies needed in the performance of patient care.
** Assists nursing personnel in identifying patient and family needs.
** Ensures that all physicians orders are executed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
** Assist the Chief of Nursing Services in the investigation of reports of incidents, suspected infections and patient / doctor complaints and resolves problems or makes recommendation for action.
** Ensures compliance with accreditation standards
** Identifies appropriate internal controls for department; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.

Education:
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Nursing, Diploma - Any Specialization.
