Job Purpose:
** Deliver all Moves, Adds & Changes on customer network connections, performing technical feasibility study and end-to-end change management by coordinating with internal specialist teams.
** For IPVPN & Enterprise Telephony Customers implement the simple changes & get the complex changes activated in agreed time as per SLA with Customer
** To validate and classify the change request according to its complexity defined in the Change catalogue
** Implement simple and standard change requests
** For complex changes liaise with correct entity to get the change implemented in agreed time as per SLA with Customer
** To act as the SPOC for the customer till change request is activated
** To communicate the results to the customer and closes the case
** Monitor and report quality of first time right, on-time change implementation
** Ensure and monitor delivery of change implementation within agreed lead times
** Manage Project and bulk change requests using standard process and procedures
** Assess, prioritize, respond and report on time for expedite requests
** Willing to work in 24x7 environment
** Good interpersonal & knowledge of written/spoken English language
** Good time management, and organizational skills.

Educational Qualifications
** Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science or any Professional degree
** CCNA Certified

Relevant Experience
** 1-2 year of Experience in Frame-relay/ATM/IP technologies preferred.
** Experience in IPT/VOIP services is a plus

Desired skills/knowledge :
** Should have good knowledge of Layer 1,2 and 3 OSI level troubleshooting skills.
** CCNA Voice certification preferred
** Understanding of networking technology and systems utilized in global WAN and LAN Business to business communications and IT systems environment.
** Knowledge of protocol, systems, communications interface, circuit knowledge and network problem determination skills

Messaging & Collaboration Provisioning Solutions Architect

About the role:
** Design the architecture of provisioning solutions for Messaging & Collaboration solutions for Microsoft line of messaging and collaboration products including Exchange, OCS/Lync, Sharepoint, BES ..
** Developing the architecture of provisioning solutions based on the provided design.
** Provide support for developers and acts as technical escalation point for the to assist them in their tasks.
** Perform systems integration across multiple platforms (Windows, Bigfix, Trend Micro, Active Directory)..
** Support Messaging & Collaboration engineering teams as required in the context of provisioning.
** Develop and execute test plans for new features for customized and generic solutions in the lab on from specifications.

Skills / Qualifications:
** Very good understanding of messaging protocols (IMAP, POP3, SMTP).
** Very good understanding of workflow, and collaboration concepts.

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing:
a. Microsoft Windows 2003/2008
b. Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008
c. Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
d. Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010
e. Microsoft OCS/LYNC 2010
f. BES Admin V4/V5
g. ADAM / DNS / DHCP
h. IIFP/MIIS/FIM 2010
i. Microsoft Sharepoint

Minimum 2 years of experience in programming using:
a. VB.NET / VBS,
b. C#,
c. PowerShell,
d. XML
e. log4net
** 2 years of experience in evaluating, validation & testing of solutions.
** Working knowledge of load balancing & high availability systems.
** English fluency is mandatory & French fluency is an asset.

Educational background:
** Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
** SoftSkill/Business Courses (Communication skills, time management, and team building) is a plus.

Professional Experience:
** At least 5 years of professional experience.
** At least 3 years in IT Messaging products administration experience.
** At least 1 year in IT Messaging products engineering experience.
