Quality Analyst / Sr Quality Analyst – Medical Transcription

Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Chennai / Coimbatore
Educational Qualifications: Graduate would be preferred; however, non-graduates meeting our quality and productivity criteria with an aptitude for learning will be considered.
Experience: A person from MT field having at least 2 years experience with direct export QA and exposure to multiple specialties and worktypes.
Skill Sets: Ability to produce client-deliverable quality at 99%+ accuracy.
Shift Details: Candidate should be open to work in shifts on a rotational basis. The roster and the shift pattern ensures only 3 months of night shifts in a complete year.
