Position:Dy. General Manager/General Manager Europe - API
Education Qualification:BSC / B-Pharm / MBA
Experience:8+ years (4-5 years in Sales & Marketing in Europe)
Job Responsibility:
** Budget Preparation and achievement (Product Wise and Value Wise)
** Defining marketing strategy to achieve present as well as future goals of the organization.
** Coordination with internal department i.e R&D, IPR, Regulatory, QA, QC, Production, Finance to provide valuable support to the customers.
** Travelling overseas to strengthen the relationship with existing customer’s base and identify the new potential customers.
** Assigning agents / business partners on need bases.
** Create long term association with Big Pharma companies and explore contract manufacturing opportunities .
** Create the long term supply arrangement with major generics players based on having regular update
** Identification of new molecules for future development by coordinating with major players .
Skill Required:
** Past senior management experience in a Pharma company.
** 5+ years experience in sales & marketing in Europe..
** Demonstrated leadership in large cross functional groups.
** Strong interpersonal and team building skills.

Position: GM –In Licensing & Strategic Acquisition & Merger.
Education Qualification: B-Pharm / M-Pharm , B.Tech (Bio), MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 10-15 Years
Job Responsibility:
1) Accountable for Domestic and International Market:
a) To augment the domestic and international market for dossier procurement, in –licensing, manufacturing and sale for inorganic growth of business.
b) Responsible for the international market and pharmaceutical companies ready to sell dossier for in – licensing and product development in specified region and countries.
c) To study the business prospects, suggest to management and implementation on - Commercial viability of identified product / services intellectual property, commercial values, legal status and safeguarding business interest of Cadila supply conditions, out licensing possibilities and facilitation for sales results
2) Manufacturing Capability and Contract Manufacturing:
a) Responsible for utilizing Cadila additional manufacturing capabilities based on specification, IPR and commercial viability of dossiers.
b) Responsible for acquisition of dossiers for identifying domestic and international pharmaceuticals companies willing for contract manufacturing and region / country based selling rights and sustained business growth from this stream.
3) In-licensing, Contract Manufacturing, Merger & Acquisition, Joint Ventures
a) Identifying opportunities, preparing business proposal for in organic business growth through dossier acquisition, in –licensing and contract manufacturing.
b) Responsible for potential Merger & Acquisition opportunities at domestic and international level, liaisoning with internal and external stake holders, business margin based project advocacy, proposal to management and result- based administration.
c) Responsible for dossier based in organic growth model through Joint ventures, commercial enrichment of dossiers for product development and marketing in –licensed territories.
d) Accountable for in – licensed dossiers and in – licensed ready registration in Indian & Foreign Market and effective administration
e) Accountable for region - based out licensing in regulated markets, selling products and establishing cyclic business model.
Skill Required:
