CEEP is Common Entrance Examination for admission into Govt. and Private Polytechnics in the state, which are offering diploma courses in various Engineering / Non Engg. Branches and is conducted by State Board of Technical Education & Training, A.P., Hyderabad

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
TO APPEAR FOR COMMON ENTRANCE EXAMINATION AND FOR ADMISSION INTO DIPLOMA COURSES IN ENGINEERING
Candidates shall be an Indian National
Candidates should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh as defined in G.O.Ms.No.646, Dated 10-07-1979 and its subsequent amendments

I) Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other Examination recognised as equivalent thereto, by the Board of Intermediate Education, A.P.
II) For Candidates belonging to CBSE/AISSE and other scheme of Examinations recognised as equivalent to S.S.C. or Board of Intermediate Education by A.P. Govt. Candidates should have passed all the subjects in case of CBSE/AISSE
III) Candidates who passed SSC compartmentally are also eligible.
IV) The above rules are subject to any amendments that may be issued by the Government.
V) Candidates who appeared for or appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March/April- 2013 and whose results are yet to be declared may also apply. However they must fulfill the eligibility conditions laid down, at the time of admission

1. Application Number will be automatically generated when you click the "Submit" button. Please note this for future reference.
2. Fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
3. Clicking the "Confirm" button will generate an application form. You must print the form and affix your photograph and should sign (candidate and guardian) in the spaces provided.
4. The printed application form must be submitted at the CEEP- 2013 Help Centre nearest to you.

FAQs
1. I am unable to submit ONLINE through Net Centers and aponline center, what shall I do?
a) You may go to nearest help center established in notified Polytechnic centers and submit your application online.
b) You may carry your passport photo graph and your parent/guardian may accompany you in order to complete the scanning of signatures and photo to get hall ticket on the spot.

2. I have downloaded the application can I send it by post
No, but you can submit in one of the help centers after attaching the photograph duly application signed by you and your parent/guardian and DD enclosed. You will get the hall ticket on the spot.

3. I have downloaded the application, unable to Scan and attach the Photo and signature to the application.
You may send mail with error messages and the problem encountered to the administrator on mail ID admin.sbtet@gmail.com to give necessary support to you

4. I have submitted the application online including scanning of photo graph, signatures unable to print the hall ticket.

5. I have made a mistake while entering same data in my application form. How can edit or correct?
You have to write to Coordinator of the Polytechnic where you have opted to write the examination or Secretary SBTET to reach at least 2 days before examination date.

6. What is the procedure for the students of other States.
No separate procedure. They should apply under non-local category.

7. What is the procedure for NRIs
No separate procedure. They should apply under non-local category.

8. When results will be declared
In the month of May, 2013 they will be notified in the News papers as well as in sbtetap.gov.in web portal.
