HRI invites application from the eligible citizens of India for the following post to be filled by Direct Recruitment on regular basis.

Name of the post : Professional Assistant

Age Limit upto (as on 31.05.2013) : 40 Yrs.
Pay Details : PB 2 : 9300-34800/- Grade pay Rs.4600/-

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science with B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. from any recognised University with at least 45% marks. Must have knowledge of word processing, data base and spread sheets.

Experience: At least 8 years experience out of which 5 years as an Assistant Librarian in University/college in the pay scale of PB2: 9300-34800/- Grade Pay 4200/- or above.
The candidate must have experience of Library reference collection, data entry operation for 2 to 3 years.
