EXPERIENCE AND CURRENT JOB :
Presently working as a Junior Advocate at M/s Dube &Co. (Solicitors & Advocates), a Law Firm, 10 Old Post Office Street, Kolkata – 700 001 since May, 2010. Have received training in drafting various agreements, deeds, dealing with clients, organizing and attending conferences and doing research work mainly catering to corporate clients.
I have also been associated with Senior Lawyers in Lower and District Courts like Advocate Arup Roy (also a well known politician of All India Trinamool Congress and a contestant of the Bidhansabha election 2011) in Howrah Judges Court and Advocate Soumyajit Raha in Bidhannagar Court, Salt Lake City, since my academic years during internship. Hence, I have good knowledge about both CRIMINAL and CIVIL matters of Lower Courts and I have been Advocate on Record in several leading cases in various Lower courts of West Bengal as well as High Court, Calcutta.
