1. Patent Engineer: Technological qualifications in Organic chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Electronics / Pharmacy.

2. Patent Attorneys: Masters degree in any area of technology like chemistry, pharmacy, electronic engineering (B. Tech) with at least 2 years of experience.
