- On-boarding - Preparation of Appointment Letter, documents checking as per company policy, Hiring.
- Co-Ordination for opening new employee’s bank account.
- Handling H.R. payroll activities & co-ordinating with Local HR Team regarding discrepancies in documents.
- Preparation of HR Monthly MIS.
- Responsible for updating of all Payment Entries (education award, marriage gift award, relocation reimbursement, Joining Bonus & canteen deduction before salary processing.
- Salary Processing for Team Level employees.

- Recruitment : Coordination of Manpower Planning, Budget Planning & Analysis for recruitment.
