TALENTED FLASH DESIGNER/DEVELOPER REQUIRED BY AWARD WINNING UK BASED E-LEARNING COMPANY!
This role will be to work on our client's bespoke e-learning projects using a wide range of innovative solutions to create engaging media rich content.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to show his or her creative experience and skills to design and create engaging page layout with interactive content. You will be responsible for bringing learning concepts to life through Flash animations.

We require a strong team player who will be able to contribute creative ideas in team discussions as well as contribute throughout all stages of content development.

Key Responsibilities :
Conceptualise and design visually-stimulating and interactive e-learning content
Skilled in layout design, illustration and image manipulation
Using individual creative ability while being able to work within Corporate Brand guidelines
Assist in the design and development of multi-media e-learning courses
Ability to design user interfaces and complex interactivities using ActionScript
Provide insights and creative ideas to solve problems
Work alongside team members in order to develop a complete solution

Essential Skills :
Degree in Graphic Design, Multi Media or Desk top publishing
In depth knowledge of Adobe Flash / Actionscript 2.0 + 3.0 - Developer & Graphic Designer
Multimedia Graphic Design skills
Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
HTML, CSS layout and JavaScript
Ability to effectively communicate with the team and have the right mental attitude to achieve high standards
Must be able to work under tight timeframes

Desirable Skills :
Ability to use 3D packages such as Maya, 3D Max, Carrara and Swift 3D
Previous experience of video and sound editing
Previous experience of using ActionScript to develop games
