The successful candidates are hereby informed that the application forms for the Main Examination are being sent to them by registered post. If any candidate does not receive the application form upto 12.04.2013, he/she may obtain the application form personally from the Commission’s office during office hours from 15.04.2013 to 22.04.2013. Application form duly filled in for the Main Examination must reach Commission’s Office, Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector - 4, Panchkula by post or by personal delivery by close of office working hours not later than 22.04.2013. The Commission will not be responsible for any postal or courier delay and all such application forms received after 22.04.2013 will be outrightly rejected. Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch) Main Examination - 2012 is likely to be held in the month of May, 2013.

Note:
1. The DESM category candidates equal to 10 times of ESM category posts in order of merit have been declared qualified in preliminary examination provisionally. Their appearance in the main written examination and viva-voce shall be purely provisional and subject to non-availability of suitable ESM category candidate. These candidates will have no claim for appointment in case post reserved for ESM and filled from amongst the ESM category candidates. They shall have no right to claim appointment against the posts of any other category irrespective of their performance in the main written examination and viva-voce.

2. While preparing the result due care has been taken. However, inadvertent error, if any, cannot be ruled out. The Selection Committee reserves its right to rectify any error at a later stage.
