Position : Asset Desk Manager
Work Location : Ludhiana
Responsibilities :
** ADM is responsible for sourcing retail asset products.
** To maximise lead generation and plug leakage for maximising closures.
** To ensure BDR resourcing and training in association of product sales team.
** To ensure quality and efficient process to attain < 5% FTNR.
** To achieve desired PH ratio / managed portfolio penetration by working closely with PB & RM.
** To monitor & review BDR activities daily, maintain sales reports & ensure BDR productivity.
** To work closely with product sales team & act as 1 point contact for branch & product team.
** To ensure branch is updated on all offers / policy / interest rates etc.
** To maintain customer intelligence in terms of customer profiles & competition offerings.
** To maintain merchandise and assets visibility in branch for customer ease.
Requirements :
** Sales, Retail Assets Product
** Good communication skills
** At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Sales Of Retail Assets Product is required for this position.
** Job role in Loan/Mortgage or equivalent.
** Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Position : Sales Manager - Mortgages
Work Location : Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Pune
Responsibilities :
** Achieve disbursement targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market/HDFC Bank Branch network and alternate channels.
** Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.
** Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.
** Ensure healthy LG to LC ration
** Achieve targets of crosssell products.
** Timely feedback/MIS to Seniors
Requirements :
** Mortgage/Home Loans Experience of 1-3 yrs.
** Graduate / MBA in Finance will be prefferred .
** Should have experience in Branch/DSA handling.
** Knowledge of Legal/Technical evaluation will be an advantage.
Position : Merchant Relationship Manager - Payment Gateway
Work Location : Coimbatore
Responsibilities :
** Business development and Account relationship management
** Responsible for Business volume from existing portfolio, New acquisitions, Revenue Income through AMC and integration fee, Signing up of new MSP and channel partners.
** This role involves techno commercial selling to corporate entities and interacting with the senior management and Key decision makers in government entities.
** The MRM will be supported by a central technical team for all integration related queries.
Requirements :
** Must be a Graduate/ Postgraduate in any field.
** Corporate Sales experience of 2-3 years.
** Good Communication, analytical skills.
Position : Phone Banking Supervisor
Work Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :
** Responsible for managing a team of PhoneBankers.
** Responsible for Call quality, achievement of target Service Levels and Talk Time.
** Leading the team to achieve the laid down Cross Sell targets.
** Lead a team of PhoneBanking agents/PhoneBankers - Train & retain PhoneBanking agents. Should be able to supervise & lead a team/stimulate exemplary performance from team members
** To meet the Customer Satisfaction Parameters and meet the defined service standards. Ensure delivery of competent and consistent customer service, monitor service standards and analyse results.
** Revenue generation through cross selling of the banks products.
** To meet productivity measure in terms of Talk time, hold time and penetration on the IVR.

** Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Bachelor of Hotel Management or Bachelor of Law in Commerce, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
** At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
** Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Banking or equivalent.
