Applications are invited for the below mentioned posts to be filled on Regular/Deputation / Contract Basis

1. Name of the Post : Registrar (Purely on Deputation /Contract basis)
Scale of Pay : PB – 4- Scale –(Rs.37,400 – 67,000/-) with Grand Pay of Rs.10,000/-
Age limit : Preferably below 55 years
Essential qualifications :
1. Master’s degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent.
2. At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer/Assistant Professor of which eight years should be in Assistant Professor grade, with experience in Educational Administration. Or
3. 15 years of administrative experience out of which eight years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post. The minimum requirement of 55% marks shall not be insisted upon in the case of exiting incumbents who are already in the NIT system. Or
4. Comparable experience in research establishments, institutions of technical education, or in Government.

2. Name of the Post : Assistant /Deputy Librarian
Scale of Pay : PB – 3- Scale –(Rs.15,600 – 39,100/-) with AGP of Rs.8,000 /6,000
Age limit : Below 35 years (Assistant Librarian) / 45 Years ( Deputy Librarian)
Essential qualifications :
i) Master’s Degree in Library Science / information Science / Documentation Science with superior knowledge of computerized library service.
ii) Qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UCG.
iii) Ph.D. degree holders are exempted from requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NIT / SLET/SET for
iv) recruitment and appointment of Assistant Librarian.

3. Name of the Post : Executive Engineer
Scale of Pay : PB – 3- Scale –(Rs.15,600 – 39,100/-) with AGP of Rs.6,600/-
Age limit : Not exceeding 40 years
Essential qualifications :
(i) First class degree or equivalent grade in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Communication) from a recognized University / Institute.
(ii) 5 years experience in relevant Field as Engineer/Asst.Engineer from CPWD/State PWD or similar organized services/ semi-govt./PSU/Statutory or Autonomous organization/Universities/ reputed institute or organizations under Central/State Government.

4. Name of the Post : Superintendent / Accountant
Scale of Pay : PB – 2- Scale –(Rs.9,300 – 34,800/-) with Grand Pay of Rs.4,200/-
Age limit : Not exceeding 30 years
Essential qualifications :
i) First class Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Honours in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent in grade from a recognized University or Institute.
ii) Master’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute with excellent academic record.
iii) Knowledge of Computer applications Viz. Word processing, Spread Sheet and computer-based accounting software.

5 & 7. Name of the Post : Technical Assistant/Junior Engineer
Scale of Pay : PB – 2- Scale –(Rs.9,300 – 34,800/-) with Grand Pay of Rs. 4,200 /-
Age limit : Below 30 years
Essential qualifications : First class Bachelor’s Degree in Science (MPC /First Class Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computers)/ B.E, B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Computers)

6. Name of the Post : Technical Assistant (Systems)
Scale of Pay : PB – 2- Scale –(Rs.9,300 – 34,800/-) with Grand Pay of Rs. 4,200 /-
Age limit : 35 years
Essential qualifications : First class Bachelor’s Degree in Science (MPC /First Class Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computers)/ B.E, B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Computers) For Technical Assistant (Systems) he should have the knowledge of Web designing and System administration etc.,

8. Name of the Post : Nurse
Scale of Pay : PB – 2- Scale –(Rs.9,300 – 34,800/-) with Grand Pay of Rs. 4,200 /-
Age limit : Below 30 years
Essential qualifications :
Should have 10+2 plus A Grade Nursing Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery or equivalent and should be registered as nurse/midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Council/ Certificate with 3 years course from a recognized institute approved by the Government.

9. Name of the Post : Stenographer/PA
Scale of Pay : PB – 1- Scale – (Rs. 5,200 – 20,200 ) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,400/-
Age limit : Below 27 years
Essential qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; Minimum speed in short hand 80 w.p.m in Stenography & minimum typing speed of 35 w.p.m. Proficiency in Computer word Processing and Spread sheet with advanced skills is essential.

10. Name of the Post : Junior Assistant
Scale of Pay : PB – 1- Scale –(Rs.5,200 – 20,200/-) with Grand Pay of Rs.2,000/-
