IIT MUN 2013
IIIT MUN 2013 is going to be the first ever MUN to be organised by Advaita ( Techno-cult fest of IIIT,Bhubaneswar ).We welcome participants from various regions of the country to engage in quality debating to resolve the international issues affecting the world. We take cognizance of the fact that the zeal and innovation of the youth and their capacity of risk-taking and stand against what is wrong is the biggest asset of our country.The conference ensures an apt platform for interacting with different kinds of people providing an opportunity to feast in the pool of diversity and culture from 12th-14th April. We endeavor to make the first ever MUN of IIIT-Bh a success with diverse councils and very experienced executive board. IIIT MUN offers a good prize money including remuneration for executive board. We strive to make this MUN an unforgettable experience for all budding MUNers.

2.00pm – 3.00pm: Opening Ceremony
3.00pm – 5.30pm: Session 1

13th April 2013, Saturday
9.00am – 1.00pm: Session 2
1.00pm – 2.00pm: Lunch Break
2.00pm – 4.30pm: Session 3
4.30pm – 5.00pm: Snacks
5.00pm – 6.30pm: Session 4

14th April 2013, Sunday
9.00am – 12.30pm: Session 5
12.30pm – 1.30pm: Lunch break
1.30pm – 3.30pm: Closing Ceremony
5.00pm onwards: Social Night

Invitation :
The success of an endeavour hinges on the ability to communicate effectively in today’s fast paced life, everyone is asked to do more with less. At a time when issues to do with war, terrorism and civil liberties are so prominent, it’s essential for people to be able to reflect carefully on their opinions and argue rationally. And what better way to do so, than to engage in debate and discussion, here at IIIT MUN 2k13.
It is indeed our pleasure to extend an invitation to judge the inaugural edition of IIIT MUN 2013 as an Executive Board member.The conference will take place from Friday, 12th of April to Sunday, 14th of April 2013 in the IIIT – Bh campus in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Awards :
IIITMUN will be a three day program along with cultural extravaganza, i.e, social night. Adding to the conference delectation prize money is to be won. Cash prizes worth INR 30,000 will be rewarded.

Social Night :
** Venue - Club On the roof(Hotel Presidency)
** Theme - Walk of fame(Prom night theme)
** Limited passes for 60 people will be provided on “first come first serve basis”.
** An individual has to pay INR 500 for the social night but if you have a date to accompany you,then the total charges for the couple will be charged INR 750 only. What all can you expect at the social night?
** A super-sumptuous dinner(Unlimited food) and a lot more…
