FOOD CRAFT INSTITUTE WANTED HOTEL OPERATION TRAINERS

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced individuals on contract basic to conduct training sessions for short term Hotel Management Courses. Expertise in one or more area/s viz. Food Production/F&B Service /House Keeping.

House Keeping
Duration : 8 Weeks
Consolidated remuneration for the course : Rs.18,000/

They are responsible for
1. Conducting the course as per the syllabus provided
2. Preparing indents.
3. Receiving & Storing of indented items.
4. Cleanliness and hygiene of lab, utensils & equipment before, during and after the class.
5. Segregation and Disposal of Garbage etc.
6. Marking of attendance.
7. Handling over of uniforms or kits.
8. Reporting of regular absentees.
9. Facilitating recruitment by hoteliers.
10. Course end examination/test.
