CASE STUDY
Intro :
Every company, however big or small, needs planning and strategy to grow and come out of difficult situations. At NES,we give you the opportunity to analyse and provide your solutions to real life problems we provide to you.

Rules and Regulations:
Round 1
1.A case study will be provided online on 9th March, 2013.
2.Participants have to prepare a synopsis of 1000 words.
3.The last date of submission of synopsis is 15th March, 2013.
4.On the basis of the synopsis the teams will be shortlisted.
5.The scrutiny results will be declared on 18th March,2013.
Round 2
1.The short listed teams will have to make a 10 to 15 minutes power point presentation on their analysis and interpretation of the case.
Round 3
1.During the final round the 4 best teams will fight ot out and will cross question each others strategies.
2. the basis of performance here the winner will be declared.

Judgement Criteria:
The submissions will be judged according to the following criteria:
a. Attention to detail
b. Problem solving creativity
c. Proposed logic
d. Thorough coverage of the business problem
e. Approach taken to solve challenge
